INTERPRETATION
"Agreement" means Terms & Conditions (Terms of Use) as described herein including the Privacy Policy and all schedules, annexes, and appendices, and will include references to the agreement as amended, negated, varied, supplemented, or replaced periodically.

We reserve the right to restrict, terminate, and suspend anyone from using this Website.
REGISTERING YOUR DETAILS
When you register on our Website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their account’s security, and for restricting access to their digital device. Users also agree to accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur within their account including transactions. We are entitled to assume that anyone using your username and password is you. Users under the age of 18 may only use Zenys Inspirations with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any order or service by/to any user and to terminate accounts, deny service, alter or remove content at any time under our sole discretion. If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Us as soon as possible. You may update your details on the Website via Your Account. Once registered, you are allowing us to use your personal information for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to third-party couriers).
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
Zenys Inspirations must receive full payment for the Goods that you order before your order can be accepted and the contract formed. We are not obligated to fulfill your order prior to this. Once payment is received, We will confirm your order to the e-mail address provided in your Account profile. The delivery email will include your name, the order number, and the total price. Zenys Inspirations' acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between Us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of inaccuracies regarding the Goods appearing on our Website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regard to the advertised price of the Goods ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price and to request permission to continue with your order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether.
WITHDRAWAL BY YOU FROM THE CONTRACT/ CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are an individual and are not buying Goods on behalf of a business, there are certain circumstances in which you may withdraw from the contract and these are set out here. This right to withdraw does not apply to business buyers.

We aim to give accurate images with detailed product information about the Goods to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied with what you receive. If you have accidentally placed an order or the wrong quantity, please notify us by emailing us at info@zenysinspirations.com by 10 PM (GMT) on the day of purchase, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason.

If you have received the Goods before you withdraw your order, we will generate a shipping address for you to send the item back at your own cost and risk, unless the Goods were supplied faulty or damaged.

If you withdraw your order and you have received them, you must not unpack the Goods when they are received by you. You must return the Goods to us at the generated address for your specific product at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to Zenys Inspirations from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

All sales are final. Please ensure that you verify your contact details and shipping details before completing your order.
OUR PRODUCTS & PRICES TO YOU
This Website and the products sold through it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, alter, or modify designs without prior notification. We will inform our customers of any changes to the advertised Goods prior to despatch. In some circumstances, we may place a limit on the number of a particular product that you can order. This may, for example, be where we have insufficient stocks whether caused by limitations placed on Us by our suppliers or otherwise. Where we are aware of this, we will notify you prior to an order being made.
Sums debited (if any) by Us from your debit or credit card, or from any other source of payment in respect of Goods where we are unable to supply to you will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order form of which orders have been satisfied and which have been rejected. Any refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered. Kindly note: in furtherance of the above provisions, we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our Website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment, this process can take a few hours to update.
The specifications, sizes, images, descriptive content, and advertising published by Us or contained on our Website are issued only to give an approximate idea of the goods described in them, and colours shown are intended as a guide only: they do not form part of the Terms. Actual colours may differ due to your own monitor settings, over which, of course, we have no control! All pricing is subject to change without notification. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon publication to the Website.
If you do not intend to hang your canvas print(s) immediately then we advise storing your canvas print(s) at room temperature and to lay these on a flat surface and to avoid resting any items upon them. These are museum-quality prints and must be handled with care and should not be subjected to constant handling. If you intend to display these for example at an exhibition we strongly advise transporting with care and hanging them with caution in order to maintain the excellent quality the print will have been received. Our canvasses are not treated with any extra protective coatings or lacquers, we prefer the look, feel, and finish without as do our customers. Therefore, the prints need to be handled with care to avoid any scratches to the surface.
The wood used is stored completely flat and when used for the frames is laid on a flat plate before cutting to ensure that the wood is completely straight. It is further tested during the stretching process in which the whole frame and the corners are checked. Therefore, when a canvas print leaves Us we know that the frame used is perfectly straight with no warping. If the canvas arrives warped, there may have been pressure applied to the print in transit which has affected it. In this case, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a photograph of the canvas laid on a flat surface to highlight the warping and e-mail this to Us, We can then work towards rectifying the issue. However, wood is a natural product affected by environmental conditions. Wood is susceptible to fluctuations in moisture and heat. Therefore, if the problem has developed over time it would be due to the conditions that the canvas has been stored in. We would not be able to reproduce a canvas that has been affected by the environment it is in after we have sent it and arrived with no issues.
SALES & VALUE-ADDED TAXES
In an attempt to remain compliant with respective consumer legislation, We strongly recommend our users maintain good standing with respect to custom and value-added taxes or VAT, where applicable. As a result of separate and applicable tax jurisdictions, the end customers' purchases may be subject to specific sales, customs, or VAT, and the shipping time and associated costs may increase.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES / E-GIFT VOUCHERS
Discount codes are exclusive of online postage and packaging and can only be used once per person with one discount code to be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used with any other voucher, coupon or offer. Discount codes can only be used at the time of purchase and not retrospectively. Discount codes can only be used on our Website. Discounts do not apply to gift cards/vouchers. They also do not apply to any affiliated sites such as Redbubble and Facebook Store. We reserve the right to withdraw codes at any time.
If a promotional discount code on this Website cannot run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running, administration, security, or fairness of the discount code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotional code.
If you are purchasing a gift voucher as a gift, it is your responsibility to check the delivery email address is correct. Zenys Inspirations cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone else or if the gift voucher is lost, stolen, or deleted. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be reloaded, and cannot be applied to an order after that order has been placed.
When a gift voucher has been purchased on our Website, it can take up to 3 hours for the voucher to be sent to the recipient. If there is a delay We cannot be held responsible. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, or any other factors outside of our control.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise only online via our Website. Gift vouchers and discount codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used across multiple orders. The validity date cannot be extended. Any balance remaining on the voucher after the date of expiry cannot be refunded or credited. You may use more than one gift voucher on a single order. Gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with other promotional and discount codes to purchase items or services. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher, the amount you spent will be deducted and the remaining balance can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. If your order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
When you return, part return, or cancel an order and a gift voucher was used as full payment, your refund will be issued to you in gift vouchers. There will be no monetary exchange for returned or canceled orders made with gift vouchers. When you return, part return, or cancel an order and a gift voucher was used as part payment, the refund will be made in the same way as the purchase was made (for example £10.00 gift voucher and £10.00 credit card would be returned in the same way).
MULTI-BUY OFFERS - 3 FOR 2
Prices exclude postage and packing. Promotions apply to listed titles only, which are subject to change and availability. If you choose to purchase a product from a multi-buy offer but do not purchase enough products to qualify for the special discount, the product will be charged at the normal price. Please note that on 3 for 2 promotions, the lowest priced title will always be the 'free' item and all 3 canvases must be delivered to the same address. This promotion cannot be applied after the order has been placed. This special offer is only applicable to canvas products and can be amended or canceled at any time.
DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
Delivery times are stated in good faith. Wherever a delivery time is stated, it serves as a guide timeline and We do not warrant that the products will be with you on a specific date. We will do our best to meet these timelines but cannot guarantee it. We will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the Goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Us at the time you make your order. For Goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.
It is our aim to despatch all orders received within 2-5 working days within 24 hours of receiving the order. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time or change it in any way we require without prior notice. All delivery times quoted on our Website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing, and delivery companies. Delivery of the order will be completed when either we or our delivery agents deliver the Goods to you.
FREE standard UK delivery when you spend £50 is automatically applied at checkout, unfortunately, we have to add a delivery charge of £9.99 to all non-mainland orders – but our products are still of great value! The delivery window is as follows:

International: 3-15 working days
Standard: £12.99 Express (3-7 working days): £21.99
Deliveries are despatched using Royal Mail, DPD Local, and USPS. We reserve the right to change this without prior notice. Tracking numbers will be sent via email so that you can track your order should you wish. Despatch timescales may extend during busy sale periods, please allow for longer delivery during those times.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions of our couriers and any delays that are incurred due to their actions. Should an order arrive later than expected due to delays incurred by our third-party couriers, we will not refund the order. It is up to the customer to allow for potential delays when ordering. We also recommend ordering with plenty of time to avoid disappointment. Once the item has left our premises, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you are absent when the item is delivered then it can only be redelivered to that address. If you want to change the address after this then there will be a £5.99 charge – but this only applies to deliveries made by DPD Local. This is down to the courier charging Us for the re-delivery of the item: we do not make any money on re-delivery, as this is the charge passed on from the courier. In the following circumstances, We would need to take a payment of £5.99 over the phone or via PayPal to cover re-delivery costs:

If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address being given and requires re-delivery
We will hold the print for a reasonable time (at least 3 months) to give customers time to contact Us. However, if We have had no contact after this time frame to re-despatch we will reuse the print. All goods will be inspected on return. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to Us in error.
Please report any returns or inaccurate merchandise by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the order. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days upon reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, free of damage, and in its original packaging to the generated shipping address provided.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
If you are ordering Goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the Goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Zenys Inspirations has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your order.
LIABILITY
This is as follows:

If the Goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, We shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem, in writing using our online Customer Support Team contact form within 7 working days of the delivery of Goods in question.

We will only ever reprint faulty prints at no extra cost to you but no other reprint will be issued. We will not refund a damaged print, we will only reprint it.

If you do not receive Goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were despatched to you, Zenys Inspirations shall have no liability to you unless you notify Us in writing at the Zenys Inspirations contact address of the problem within 31 days of the date on which the Goods were despatched to you.

If you notify a problem to Zenys Inspirations under this condition, Our only obligation will be, to replace any Goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question to the original method of payment, unless such method is no longer valid in which case Zenys Inspirations e-coupons will be issued to the value of the refund due.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZENYS INSPIRATIONS OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, OR THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS OF ANY OF THEM, BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDER FROM ZENYS INSPIRATIONS OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INAPPROPRIATE OR UNAUTHORISED USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT OR OUR SUPPLIED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question under clause 3 above.
Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under the applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Zenys Inspirations' liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
INVALIDITY
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Zenys Inspirations excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
